All the 6 speeds are fully flexible, where we can set desired rpm, direction and time for eachFor the better results, we always should minimize the first speed, so that wheat flour particles do not fly in the air and once the water is absorbed by the wheat flour, second higher speed starts and speed of the machine will keep on increasing till the last 6th speed.
