DescriptionThe reinforcing frame is designed to give complete support to the screen without reducing the output. The screen is passivated & micro polished to give a smooth non sticky surface.
Our Sifter Sieves are free from toxic Lead and Tin metals. The edge of the wire mesh is moulded in a bio safe toxicology tested polymer or silicon food grade rubber as client order. This moulding makes the Sifter Sieves strong and long lasting that increase screen life and crevice structure eliminates the use of additional gaskets. The wire cloth is stretched to induce tautness and results in a high tensile load bearing mesh. The super taut Sifter Sieves give a better throughput, longer life and maintain uniform aperture size. The Sifter Sieves are easy to mount, use, wash and maintain. We can also code Sifter Sieves mesh according to customer specifications. DescriptionThese are available in various sizes from 8" to 48" diameter. The most common size used is 20" diameter (550 mm) & 30" diameter (750 mm). The silicon which is of food grade quality, transparent in appearance, non-toxic is moulded on the stainless steel ring. These are available in rivetted and special non-rivetted design. The mesh sizes varies from 2 mesh to 600 mesh with A.S.T.M & B.S.S Standard being certified on 90 x microscope, with complete set of Certificates
