AF-710 PVC Cables Rotary Automatic (Hot Embossing) Sequential Color Marking Machine is specifically designed print mark on all types of Flat Cables, Round Cables, Armoured Cables, Unarmoured Cables & Wires.

AF-710 PVC Cable Marking Machine supports from lowest 4mm to maximum of 315mm outside diameter. For flat cables it supports 5mm to 100mm.

Apart from other marking machine available in market, ANAND PVC Cable automatic marking machine uses latest engineering techniques for smooth operation. Hence, ANAND marking machine do not have any induction motor to drive job, it only require power for heating (which is approx. 1000w).

AF-710 PVC Cable Marking Machine supports 4 digits sequential marking with the help of mechanical counter situated on marking head. It has excellent marking accuracy of 4mm at every one meter. Apart from sequential marking, marking for company's logo, name, cable size, technical specification, etc can also be marked/printed upto maximum length of 400mm on either side of sequential marking. These marking is carried out by the sterios (Stamp) placed on the marking head.

With the help of Electronic Percentage differential circuit provided inside the Heat Controller, marking head is heated upto the desired temperature. Maximum available height of character for marking is 6mm and counters upto 4mm. It counts total meters of cable passes through it with the help of digital monitor, which gives current position. It uses double pay up systems which helps in easy Ribbon (Tape) changing.

Additional expandability for seven digits coder can also be fitted on marking head to mark code numbers.
