We are the first in India to develop the Wireless gas detector equipments. Vasthi Designs Wireless Gas detector as per specific users requirement and vasthi provides range of transmission from 50 meters to 3-4 km. Different frequency module is used for Wireless Transmission. Vasthi Wireless Gas Detector operates on LI-ION battery and this battery backup life time is up to 7 days and providing you in built rechargeable circuit . If not found any socket near to the Wireless Gas Transmitter installed area for charging battery in this case we are happy to provide Solar Plate for charging battery. Wireless Gas Detector is easy to carry and movable. Micro controller based system with alarm for measuring concentration of all gases in line. Wireless gas detector sensor (detector) senses the gas concentration and transmits a proportionate signal to the digital monitor. Modern integrated circuits provide all needed indication, alarm, and fail safe functions with simplicity of installation and operation. Monitor is built into a protective rigid Aluminium case. A window on the front face allows visibility of digital LCD indicator. LED alarm lights are provided on the left side of digital meter for individual gases, and below the meter is the manual push button switches for reset and for various functions as explained below separately. The electronic components and integrated circuits are mounted on a single printed circuit board.

Ozone Monitoring Equipments

Vathi Instruments PM10 and PM2.5 Monitor VDPM 6000 for AAQMS purpose, Real Time Portable Beta Attenuation Mass Monitor, continuously measures the mass concentration of ambient particulate matter(PM10 & PM2.5) collected onto glass filter tape with time resolu-tion of one-minute. The PM10 and PM2.5 Monitor VDPM-6000 employs an in-line sampling geometry in which the attenuation of beta rays across filter media is measured and particulate matter is sampled simultaneously. This allows ambient sampling to occur for virtually 60 minutes each hour. It also allows for beta ray measurements to be made for virtually the entire hour thereby improving sensitivity and time resolution. VDPM 6000 employs a unique in-situ sampling technique where the beta measurement is kept at a near fixed temperature above ambient conditions, thereby minimizing measurement error due to loss of semi-volatile particulate material or due to excessive moisture in the sample stream. Highly accurate measurements are made without having to employ expensive Nafion dryers thereby increasing reliability and decreasing operating costs. The integrated shelter does not employ air conditioning, nor does the sampling system employ flow splitters. This results in easier service, enhanced reliability and lower power consumption. PM10 and PM2.5 Monitor VDPM 6000 comes integrated into its own lightweight equipment shelter with easily detachable pump box making it ideal for installation in areas where no permanent structure or walk-in shelter is available. Power consumption is modest as no air conditioning is required. No component weighs more than 40 lb. meaning that it is easily transportable by one person. The entire system may be set up and put into operation in less than ten minutes.
