Our product range contains a wide range of Semi Automatic Cup Filling Machine and Semi Automatic CIP System
The machine offered is suitable for filling any flow able liquid specially the products like liquid yogurt, lassi, milk, juice, water & carbonated beverage.
The filling principal is based on the gravitation flow of liquid from the fixed head to the cups.The machine is designed to fill & seal the cup lid on the cup.The cup loading as well as cup unloading is done manually.
The C.I.P. is called as cleaning in place for the process
equipment's. in this system the cleaning is performed thru the sequential spray
of fresh water, hot water, lye solution, acid solution, & finally flushing
with water followed by hot water spray.
