| Transparent Level Gauge (TPLG-19) | ||||||
| Transparent Level Gaugeis designed for measurement of liquid level in tanks under high pressure and temperature conditions. It consists of double flat glass mounted opposite to each other on a chamber. The glasses are held together by studs through cover plates. It is used for interface services or when the process is dirty or viscous. The chamber is available in a variety of metallurgy i.e. PP, CS, MS, SS304, SS316, SS 316L etc. The isolation valves can also be supplied in different metallurgy depending upon process fluid. | ||||||

Interface Level Controllers (Model: ILC-19)
| Like most of the level instruments, Liquid interface controller also works on the buoyancy principle. The force applied by the float/displacer is proportional to the volume of liquid displaced. Change in the liquid level causes a change in the position of flex tube end. This causes movement of the flex tube shaft and aflapper is connected to the shaft. A booster relay placed to control the speed and response time helps to remove heavier liquid (Water at a fast speed. The relay is enclosed in a pressure light housing that allows remole release of vented gases and also protects the pilot and pressure gauges from the field disturbances and during cleaning. | TheInterface Level Controllerconsists of a nozzle, flapper and an amplifying relay which operate on dry air supply or gas. It also has a displacer mounted to the flex tube which is attached to a standard flange. A carrier assembly is mounted on the reverse side of the flange with adjusting screw, nozzle and relay with an orifice. A cleaning device is also provided to clean clogged orifice. The flex tube permits vertical motion only and transmits the displacer motion from within the shaft to the nozzle. | The position of ball float is determinded by the fluid level variation that actuates the rod through a system of levers. The instrument is based on the Archimedes Principle. Any increase in level raises the float up; it is also helped by counter weight in its upward movement. The mechanical link operates the plunger of pneumatic relay and it changes the output pressure which finally operates the control valve. The maximum span of the plug turn is 50 which is approximately a range of 300 mm in terms of level. The pneumatic relay operates at 1.1 to 2.5Kg/cm2of purified, dry natural gas or air. |

| This instrument is side mounted, directly to the flange on the side of oil and gas separators, vaccum towers, fractionating/distillation columns, liquid containers where a float operating inside of the tower can be used. However this instrument is not recommended in turbulent and foaming fluids. These are widely used in industries like: Refineries, Gasoline Plants, Industrial Paints, Oil and Gas Separators or any other similer installations. it consists of a Ball type Float, Float rod, Collar, Shaft & Gland housing. Pneumatic Relay is made of Brass which is weather proof and therefore enables the instrument suitable for outdoor application and even in moist conditions. |

| MICRO VALVE LEVEL CONTROLLERS |
| This is a snap-acting float operated level controller with a 3 wayMICRO VALVE. When the level rises and raises the float, it is actuated by two adjustable york-type pusher arms. The pusher arms can be adjusted to accurately control the range of level desired. The valve is in low level position when the liquid level is below the float and it remains the same until the float rises to the pre-set high level. The Micro Valve then reverses the positions until the float drops to the pre-set low level position. instrument is supplied with Flange & Grooved Coupling for mounting on to the vessel. it is mounted from side of the tank. Standard instruments are supplied with a three wayMicro Valveand three " NPT ports and the working pressure is 2 Kg/cm2. Connections to the ports also depend on the control action desired. |
