It is an economical, maintenance free and a very reliable device used for high, low or intermediate point level switching. It is ideal for tanks with inaccessible tops or bottoms and where insertion depths of top mounted models are exceeded. The construction is compact & rugged with a free moving pivoted float assembly. The Switch assembly is mounted in a non-magnetic material to achieve undisturbed magnetic flux. It employs dual magnets, one linked with the float arm and other by the contract carriers housed in the switch enclosure. Change in the liquid level brings the like poles of dual magnets opposite to each other & resulting repulsion force ensures a changeover of contacts with snap action. The magnetic transmission is gland less so there is no scope of leakage from vessel into switch housing. These switches are manufactured in various materials and enclosures to suit broad range of media/applications. They are designed to provide high repeatability and to minimize effects of shock, vibration & pressure.

These are used for liquid gas Steam service under normal conditions. The bourdon tube is 'C' shaped and closed at one end. When this is subjected to fluid pressure from the other end, the deflection is created and transmitted via movement to thte indicating pointer over dial. These are calibrated by comparison against master gauges and the accuracy is +-1% of span with test certificates traceable to national standard. Connection is threaded 14", 38", 12" BSPNPT. Range upto 1000 Kgcm2, -760 mm Hg to 0 (Vacuum).These are used for liquids or gaseous media, for viscous, corrosive, slurry service. The diaphragm is hel between two flanges and deflects under pressure. This deflectin is transmitted through a link and movement to indicating pointer on the dial. Diaphragm and Flange material is selected depending upon the type of fluid. These are also available with chemical sealing fluid like silicon.

Orifice Plate are used extensively for Industrial Flow Measurement and can be used for clean liquids, Steam and gases application. The Orifice Plate are designed as per BS 1042IS Standards and the accuracy is 12 to 1% .These can be supplied withwithout matching flanges and Carrier ring.The Plate is machined from SS 304SS 316Monel. The VEKSLER Top Mounted Level Switches (TLS-19) is highly reliable and a low cost instrument. It can be used for small tanks as well as large vessels depending upon individual customer's requirement. It consists of a guide pipe made from SS 304/SS 316, a magnetic float of SS 316 that moves on the tube with rise and fall of level. Hermetically sealed reed switches are housed in the guide pipe. The switches can be fixed at any position through out the length of the pipe. But the position should be defined at the time of order as it cannot be changed at site. The factory set accuracy is +/-5mm. Since it works on magnetic principle, there is no mechanical connection and hence the chances of any wear/tear, fluid contamination are eliminated. The process connection is 3 NB Flange as per ASA 150# or any other standard as per individuals requirement. The Floats are hydro tested to work at 15 Kg/cm2. Floats for higher pressure can also be supplied. The working temperature is 90 Deg C. These are very useful for Diesel/Furnace Oil Day tanks and are supplied with IP65/EX-PROOF Gr 11A & 11B enclosures. The other applications include vending machines, small tanks, pumping stations, water tanks. Optional Relay units are available for higher current ratings. It can be wired with low load; however high resistive/inductive loads should be connected in series through control unit. This instruments is PC/PLC< DCS, Alarm Annunciator configurable.
