VESCOAT PTFE Envelope Gasket manufacturing from PTFE Envelope, Non Asbestos and Asbestos Insert and SS Ring with various thickness are available which is use for Glass Lined Reactor Nozzle Flange and Manhole Nozzle Flange, Our PTFE Envelope are C Type, V Type and other different size available.
Our special ring gasket, PTFE cut gasket, PTFE solid ring gasket are available in 1.5 mm, 2 mm & 3 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm thick. Gaskets are manufactured to suite different flange standard like; E/F table, ANSI B16.20 B16.5 150#, 300# & 600# flange, Raise face & full face PTFE gaskets are also available as per client drawing specification.

Because of its unique molecular structure, granular PTFE does not melt. It cannot be molded into complex forms like other plastics. However, it is easily machined on all standard equipment.

Our company is one of the leading Suppliers of High Grade 100 % Virgin PTFE Rope (Universal Rope) is produced from Pure PTFE. Higher the density of Premium PTFE Rope, more will be the flexibility and improved diffusion seal capability and easier to work with. Polytetrafluoroethylene universal rope is used for sealing threaded joints. PTFE Universal Rope is available in Round and Square Shape.
VESCOAT Braided using Expanded PTFE filaments yarns impregnated with heavy PTFE dispersion, It is a soft, pliable packing easy to compress. The packing combines the advantages of PTFE like excellent chemical resistance, wide temperature range, flexibility and toughness. They are used extensively in food processing, chemical agricultural and petroleum processing industries. 100% Pure PTFE braided packing 6mm square & above Graphite / Carbon Blended PTFE Gland Packing.
VESCOAT Expanded PTFE joint sealant is a white 100% Pure PTFE product with continuous banding; it has good flexibility peculiarity, encapsulate resilience, high resistant & low temperature and excellent resistant corrosion, no aging, lubrication itself.
