Step 1: Add 5lts Of Chilled Milk (4C) To 1kg Of BakeStab ICE CREAM ROLL PREMIX.
Step 2: Blend The Mix Using A Hand Blender Or Commercial Blender At Low Speed For 3-4mins With A Gap Of 2-4 Seconds.
Step 3: Blend The Mix At High Speed For Another 1min To Increase The Volume Of The Mix Until It Becomes Smooth & Creamy Batter.
Step 4: Now Ladle The Desired Quantity (Atleast 60ml) On The Pre-Freezed Ice Cream Pan And Add Desired Syrups/Fruit Crush/Fruits/Toppings And Spread Over The Pan In Thin Layer.
Step 5: Let The Ice Cream Stand For At Least 1min To Freeze. Step 6: Now Roll Out The Spread Into Rolls And Serve With The Desired Toppings.
Step 7: Enjoy The Creamiest And Delicious Ice Cream Rolls.
