This Gas Flushing System (VE-008N-SP) is a term applied to a range of food Packing Techniques that Modify the ratios of main atmospheric gases to obtain conductive conditions that keep the food crispy & fresher, for an extended period of time on the shelf.
This System establishes an atmosphere by drawing a partial Vacuum to remove the Ambient gases in side a Gas barrier package and then sealing the package with the purpose of excluding atmospheric gases mainly Oxygen. A operations are controlled by Pneumatic and Sequence timer or PLC Controller.
This machine is Suitable for Packing gunny bags filled with medicines, Chemicals Hygroscopic Powder, Spare Parts and Precious materials which are corrosive due to moisture.
