Rare Earth Magnetic De-Stoner are extremely efficient at removing fine iron contamination and mud ball and stone from free flowing products such as industries, sugar, grain, tea, flour, granulate and any other types of powder with a low moisture content and dry raw material.
We are riveted in manufacturing Magnetic Destoner that works as a dens metric separator of the stones from the grain. Destoner are applicable in removing a small amount of heavy contamination from rice, pulse any many other products. It refines the stock of grain. This machine saves time as it has high productivity and is easy to operate. The De Stoner is manufactured as per client requirement for handling all cereals, some species, pulses, legumes and industrial materials such as, plastic, chemicals and minerals.
De-Stoner are available up to 24000 gauss which is highest in nd-feb magnet grade. We are using N52 grades.
Here Magnetic Roller Dia available in 100 mm, 150 mm and 200 mm.

Winnower cum grader is latest technology in pre cleaning. This machine removes both light and heavy impurities from the grain in a single process. It is best suitable for small millers and can be used in all types of grains and seeds. The Mesh can be changed as per the grain.
