Online Ring Winder Machine

The Online Ring Winder is utilized for Twisting and Winding of the fibers drawn specifically from the Extruder. This will decrease the level of waste and spares Electric Power and Time. Additionally, this machine will replace the utilization of the Bobbin Winder from the Extrusion Plant. Available in multiple Spindles with individual brake motors with foot switch as per Denier requirements, from small production output to large production output.

Advantages

Users can get normal TPM directly in an extruder at the same time, so the productiviky is increased. An AC drive is provided to set the TPM in line with the extruder.
