The Vijaya coater is specially designed Varnish Coating Machine for coating of board 180 gsm onwards. Full coating of water base as well as U.V varnishes can be coated. Manual feeder of the machine is user friendly and no skilled labour is required varnish thickness can be adjusted with pressure adjustment between two rollers. Belts in feeder & delivery helps in safe and easy observation of machine.
The coater comes in two sizes 24 and 30 width.
