• Dispersion Kneader-Used in Rubber/Plastic Industry.
• It does the mixing of compound, it mixes within 20 minutes depends upon the specific gravity of compound. 
• Mixing Chamber : Chamber is made of Alloy Steel, we fabricate the same in three parts (Middle Part of Chamber), 2 Nos of Sides. We have the provision of cooling arrangement water jacket. Both the Sides of Chamber are also has the provision of cooling.
• Rotors : Made of Alloy steel fabricated, Water cooling system below the tips of steel casted blades. Blades are welded on rotors axle; it also has water cooling system through holes on shaft to maintain excellent cooling.
• Gear Box : Indigenous Gear Box with forged steel gears hardened and grounded, stand make bearings. The body of gear box is fabricated, bored and phased.
• Connecting Gear Box : Two Nos of rotor gears along with coupling are fitted inside the box and the same is being attached with the main shaft of main gear box.
• Tilting System : Screw type tilting mechanism along with motor and motors break are fitted with the chamber of kneader.
• Pneumatic Air Cylinder is provided to compress the material during the process of compounding. Pusher (Elephant Leg) is fitted on air piston/cylinder.

• COLD FEED VENTED EXTRUDERS in various sizes for Fire Hoses, Textile Aprons and Cots developed and supplied by Vikas Machineries CO-EXTRUSION lines with Two Cold Feed Extruder for twin color (twin compound) fuel tubes, profiles etc.
• For continuous Vulcanization of profiles, tubes & other sections with these machines large Cross-sections, sponge rubber profiles are practically free from air-inclusion, moistures and other volatiles which create porosity in extruded sections and de-shape the profiles loosing the dimensional accuracy.
