RENISO K Oil


Description


The oils of the RENISO K series are highly refined, naphthene-based selective raffinates that have been dewaxed to a great extent for use as refrigeration oils at low temperatures. Because of their high degree of raffination, the mineral oils of the RENISO K series are very resistant to aging, both in contact with ammonia (NH3) and with HCFC.


Application


RENISO K refrigeration oils are used both for conventional NH3 applications with flooded evaporation according to DIN 51 503 KAA, as well as for halogenated chlorofluorocarbons (HCFC) according to DIN 51 503 KC.


Advantages



  • High chemical stability with NH3 and halogenated chlorofluorocarbons (HCFC)

  • Good cold flow, which insures oil return and optimum efficiency of the system, even at low temperatures.

  • No formation of paraffin deposits at low temperatures

  • Good solubility with fully and partially halogenated chlorofluorocarbons

  • Very low water content


RENISO S/SP


Description


The RENISO S/SP series are fully synthetic, alkylbenzene-based refrigeration oils with antiwear properties for chlorine-containing refrigerants. Sophisticated production processes ensure that the RENISO S/SP products are sulphur- and wax-free. RENISO S/SP products were developed for critical applications especially when good anti wear properties are required. Compared to equiviscous, mineral oil-based refrigeration oils, the followingn wear protection values were established:



Application


RENISO SP products are recommended for use in



  • R22, R502 applications and with drop inrefrigerants
    i.e. R401A/B, R402A/B

  • heat pumps used to heat tap water

  • plants where very high compressor outlet
    temperatures are encountered.

  • systems operating with R600a (iso-butane) and
    R290 (propane)


RENISO S 68 is particularly recommended for R717 (NH3) systems. Because of its good solubility RENISO S/SP oils are recommended for R22 or R22 refrigerant mixtures such as R401A/B and R402A/B.


In general, RENISO S/SP oils are recommended whenever other refrigeration oils provide insufficient protection against wear. RENISO S/SP oils are strongly recommended for lubricating heat pumps.

General Information

RENISO TRITON SE/SEZ


Description


The refrigeration oils of the RENISO TRITON SE/SEZ series are based on synthetic esters that were especially developed for use with chlorine-free, fluorinated hydrocarbons (HFC/HCFC). In contrast to conventional refrigeration oils, these are miscible with the comparatively polar HFC/HCFC.


Application


The RENISO TRITON SE/SEZ series is outstandingly suited for all refrigerant circuits, in which chlorine-free HFC/HCFC refrigerants, e.g. R134a, R404A or R410A are used. Depending on the viscosity, RENISO TRITON SE/SEZ refrigeration oils are recommended for hermetical, semihermetical and open piston compressors and for screw-type and turbo-compressors. RENISO TRITON SEZ 22 is especially suitable for deepfreeze systems operating with R23.


Note


Because of their chemical structure, ester-based oils tend to absorb water. For this reason, RENISO TRITON SE/SEZ oils can only come into contact with air briefly when the system is being filled. The contents of an opened container must be used within one working day.

Application

Pressure relief valves are Compatible with all CFC, HCFC and HFC Refrigerants and oils and other Industrial gases and fluids non-corrosive to steel and brass. (With suitable Gland/Seal).


Construction

  • Valve Body: Extruded Brass.

  • Valve Cap : Forged Brass

  • Spring: Stainless Steel

  • Seat Material: Neoprene/Teflon.

Design

  • Pre compressed special grade SS Spring provides unchanged tension for life of Valve.

  • Pre stressed virgin seat material improves accuracy of pressure ratings.

  • Designed for quick Discharge and immediate shut down.

  • Available in pressure Range from 150psig 450 psig.

  • Pre set on imported accurate pressure gauge.

  • Working Temperature range is -30C to 100C.


Installation.

  • Inspect valve and Install only if factory seal appears untampered.

  • For leak tight sealing use Torque wrenches set at 30 Lb.Ft and ensure that Female thread is exact match.

  • Shelf life of Valve is 18 months from date of manufacture. Beyond this period if unused return valve to Factory for recalibration.

  • We recommend replacement of the valve after it pops open. It may not open again at preset pressure on account of Debris impregnation in seat and ageing of seat material.

  • Under no circumstances open the seal and try to reset the valve as it needs special tools and trained technicians.

  • Shelf life of Valve is 18 months from date of manufacture. Beyond this period if unused return valve to Factory for recalibration.
  • We recommend replacement of the valve after it pops open. It may not open again at preset pressure on account of Debris impregnation in seat and ageing of seat material.
  • Under no circumstances open the seal and try to reset the valve as it needs special tools and trained technicians.
