This machine can be used for rolling steel plate & aluminum plate & galvanizing plate, and it can also be used for rolling the steel wire with diameter less than 5mm This machine need to be fixed on a bench vice(or other fixed tools) for working, bench vice is not included This machine is not suitable for stainless steel.
C type power press is ergonomically and economically designed in order to churn out elevated output rates, day in and day out. The steel construction of the power press machine imparts it solidarity and endurance and increases its life by significant amount of years. As a result, it is highly preferred for operations involving heavy-duty materials since the crankshaft of the power press has the ability to sustain high-pressure levels. The crankshaft also ensures that the device operates on the uniform strokes. Some of the applications include automobile parts, aluminum utensils, and defense engineering components.
The frame is of all steel construction, fabricated from rolled steel plates with suitable cross ribbings. Presses up to 30T will be supplied with C.I. legs. Proper alignment of the frame is ensured by machining. The structure is designed for perfectly balanced distribution of stress over the cross section eliminating deflection & vibration, in result increased tool & machine life.
The clutches of pin/rolling key-type and well supported with high rigidity. The Clutch is made of special alloy steel, the pin / rolling key is manufactured from W.P.S. / EN24 material & with proper heat treatment to ensure trouble free long life & give continues stroke for mass production.
Mechanical Plate bending are designed to cater the basic requirements of bending & forming of metal plates. In this machine, the bottom rolls are driven by electric motor & gear box. The upper roll is having manual up & down adjustment to achieve desired bending radius. This is a very simple & robust design machine suitable for light to medium jobs.
