Also referred to as a non working plan, Growth Plan is one of the oldest plan in the MLM Industry. As the name suggests Growth plan is dependent on the Growth of the MLM company. In this plan, the commissions are calculated and distributed based on the monthly growth income of the company.Members in this plan stand to get commissions even if they don't make new members below them. Since the commissions earned are a lot dependent on the Company's growth pattern this MLM plan is also referred to as the Growth Plan.The calculations are based purely on the growth percentage of the company. Typically the MLM growth plan calculations are calculated at the end of the month or on achieving 100% growth of the members in the company, whichever occurs earlier.
