TheCorn Germwe offer is a premium ingredient of maize and widely preferred across the world. The Corn Germ can also be extracted for formatting oil or used as animal feed without the extraction.
Corn Syrup commonly known as Liquid Glucose or Glucose Syrup is made from the hydrolysis of starch. It is slightly yellow to colourless, clear, thick, viscous syrup, sweet to taste. It is miscible with water & sparingly soluble in alcohol. Liquid Glucose is usually manufactured by subjecting starch to high temperature in the presence of enzymes. Normally glucose syrup is a mixture of Dextrose, Tetra, and Penta in higher saccharides.
A)Sugar Confectionary:Liquid Glucose prevents spoilage of the product without unduly increasing its sweetness. In confectionery, Liquid Glucose is major ingredient of hard candies. Other important functions in sugar confectionery are to provide:
B)Chocolate Confectionary:Chocolate confectionery is cocoa-based products. In chocolate products, the sugar mainly affects the:
C)Ice-cream Industry:In Ice cream, Glucose syrup not only prevents sucrose crystallization but also imparts a smoother texture.
D)Bakery Industry:Commercial Bakeries do use liquid glucose for pies, cream fillings.
E)Tobacco Industry:Glucose syrup is used in the preparation of Chewing Tobacco to impart flavour and to promote desirable texture and keeping qualities. It is also used for flavouring and dressing tobacco for Cigarettes.
F)Pharmaceutical Industry:In the Pharmaceutical industry, Liquid Glucose is used as a base for various liquid formulations, such as tonics, elixirs, cough syrups, etc. Liquid glucose has a moderate sweetness, which is preferable to the excessive sweetness of sugar. Also, liquid glucose has the advantage of not crystallizing when stored.
F)Tanning Industry:The action of Liquid Glucose in tanning gives pliability and weight to the leather. In the chrome process glucose syrup is used because of its reducing action.

Corn Gluten Meal is prepared by re-centrifugation, filtering and drying of gluten slurry obtained in starch gluten separation process. Corn is composed of Starch (Carbohydrate), Gluten (Protein), Fat (Lipids) and Fibres (Cellulose) and providing valuable feed ingredients to produce high quality Live Stocks and Poultry. The Co-products obtained by processing corn are Corn Gluten Meal, Gluten Feed, Corn Germ Meal and Corn Steep extracts. The most commonly used grain in livestock and poultry is corn. Corn gluten meal is widely used for the cattle. It is also used in poultry industry as a meal for Chickens, Broiler, Laying hens etc.
Level Wound Coil (LWC) Copper Tubes feature minimum copper content of 99.9% as per IS-191 and are available in Forged / Hot Rolled / Extruded as well as Cold Worked finish in different dimensions and specifications. These are also available in hard, half-hard as well as soft conditions. As the tubes comprise de-oxidized copper, it is not affected through reducing atmosphere and is well suited for welding and brazing applications.

The majority sugar is maltose i.e. containing at least 50% maltose. It is less sweet than High Fructose Corn Syrup, and contains little to no fructose. It is sweet enough to be useful as a sweetener in commercial food production. High Maltose Corn Syrup is derived from refined starch by double enzymatic process. Most of the high-speed confectionery moulding lines uses High Maltose Corn Syrup due to its low viscosity. Candies produced with High Maltose Corn Syrup are bright, transparent and smooth in texture. It has the characteristics of soft, sweet, fine taste, stable at high temperature. It improves flavour, body and texture at high sucrose replacement levels while transmitting resistance to moisture absorption, colour formation and crystallization in finished products such as hard candies.
Because it is not very sweet it is of limited use as a sweetener in its own right.
Dextrin is degradation product obtained by treating starch under carefully controlled conditions. Dextrin is made by heating starch in dry form with small amounts of catalyst. Dextrin is White or Yellow Powder that is partially or fully water-soluble, yielding optically active solutions of low viscosity. There are two types of Dextrin such as White Dextrin which has an appearance of the native starch and has solubility varying from 25-80%. It forms a soft, light coloured gel on cooling. The other one is Yellow Dextrin which ranges in colour from pale yellow to dark brown and has high water solubility. It is used to produce high solid concentration pastes.
Adhesive Industry:One of the main ingredient in manufacturing of liquid and dry adhesive is yellow dextrin as it goes into solution instantly with a lesser quantity of water. Also, because of their greater adhesive strength and fluidity, it is widely used in the manufacture of:
Chemical & Dyes Industry:The advantage of Dextrin in the dyestuff industry is that they wash out quickly and easily and do not react with chemicals used in the process. It is so well recognized that many large-scale manufacturers have started using highly soluble Dextrin as diluent to standardize the dyes with respect to the range of colours.
Textile Industry:As Dextrin do not easily react with chemicals, they are specifically suitable for applications in the textile field. In textile printing, they are used as thickeners. In sizing, they are used with starch for increased adhesiveness. In finishing, they give desired feel and handle to the fabrics.
Paint Industry:Dextrin is largely used in dry distemper. Two to three per cent of dextrin, mixed with chalk and pigment, acts as a carrier and imparts good adhesion of the paint to the wall.

Dextrose Anhydrous Powder, which we offer, is the result of the evaporation of the Dextrose Solution on the induced elevated temperatures. Dextrose is the commercial name used for the crystalline glucose produced from starch. Dextrose is the fundamental monomer of all starchy products. It is produced from high DE syrup by crystallization above 60 degree centigrade. We manufacture the Dextrose Anhydrous Powder by the process of centrifugation, washing and drying.
Application:Pharmaceuticals Industry: Dextrose Anhydrous is used in intravenous injections vital for preventing dehydration. In many critical conditions, especially during comas, operations, excessive blood loss due to injuries, wherever oral administration is not possible and is very useful in cases of Diarrhea & Heat strokes.
Dextrose 5%, 10% or 20% helps restore fluid energy equilibrium while a normal saline solution is for prompt compensation of primary water electrolyte deprivation.
Dextrose Anhydrous is also widely used as a major ingredient in the oral rehydration salt (ORS) segment. Being a natural sugar, it immediately cures a person of dehydration, sugar drop and giddiness
