Vishwaraj Base Mounts are excellent absorbing mounting in shear and compression obtaining good vertical flexibility with the advantage of horizontal stability. Compact, light weight and strong base metal withstands high shock loads without deformation. Special combination of rubber and design gives better isolation against horizontal and vertical vibrations. Strong base material withstands loads without deformation. The durability of rubber mounting is quite high. It is effective vibration isolation for different types of machines with rotating movements.

Vishwaraj Bolt-On wedge style mount is more suitable for installation on machines subject to large horizontal or vertical forces. This series is used where mounts can be bolted on and firm mounting with the machine is required. This mount provides a secure and reliable bolt connection between the mount and the machine. Preferably on machines with a high axial thrust such as die-casting machines, injection moulding machines, shock testing machines, and cold extrusion presses etc.

Vishwaraj Diamond Base Mounts are designed to provide superior attenuation of medium to high frequency vibration and noise emanating from a wide range of motor driven machines. For most machines that vibrate because of their rotating parts, such as Gen-Sets, Compressors, Combustion Engines, Fans, Generators, Mills, Paper Machines, Pumps, Printing Machines etc. The unique design provides high degree of isolation. Diamond Base Mounts are also suitable as a shock isolator for applications ranging from small equipment to big heavy duty machines for both active and passive vibrations.
