VITTHAL Pan Mixture is most popular in all type and size of Foundry. It works on the principal to achieve better geen strength & permeability possible with the given Mixture.
The Study Chasis is robustly constructed from heavy section M.S. capable for continuous heavy & hard use. Roller made from close grain C.I. & heavy weight& more width. Central Bracket made from heavy M.S. Plated & keyed to main shaft, carriers scrapers & Mulling Rollers. Main shaft is coupled with bevel-Pinion/Reduction Gear Box unit & driven by Ele. Motor through V-Belts, act as as safety measure in case of over loading or any obstruction in the Crib.
The Scrapes are so coordinated for a continuos mixing and mulling the sand. No crushing and no sand remains unmixed or hetrogenous.
More No. of right & heavy duty bearings increase the life of machine & consume less power. The installation as also maintenance of the machine, most useful for Foundry, Abrasive, Powder, Ceramic, Fertilizer, Color, Detergent, Refractory, Paint, Masala Industries etc
