We offer quicklime. scientific name: calcium oxide (cao) indian name: chuna other names: burnt lime, unslaked lime, pebble lime origin: rajasthan, india types we serve: cao content-80%, 85%, 90%, 90%+ lumps and powder form packing: 40 kgs, 50 kgs pp, hdpe bags, jumbo bags or as per buyer's requirements limestone is extracting from quarries & sized through a crusher, then sized limestone is transported to lime kilns. To calcine limestone there must be a significant transfer of heat to the limestone. There is 3 stages of calcination process: 1. Preheating, 2. Calcination, 3. Cooling. After calcination of limestone, it convert into calcium oxide lumps and as per clients requirements calcium oxide lumps are processed in powder form by crusher & pulverizes. The quicklime, appropriate in chemical composition, is available in form of powder and lumps to be used in application areas as mentioned below: food industries paper industry paint industries ph control metallurgical industries (copper, aluminum, steel, iron, etc) glass industry leather industry sugar industries construction white wash agriculture to improve acidic soils pollution control making autoclaved aerated concrete (aac) blocks
