the raw materials used for pallets are wood chips, tree trunks, etc. it is an integral structure, the panel and 9 support legs are molded at the same time. the flat, smooth surface of the pallet board can meet the transportation of different types of goods, the bottom surface is equipped with reinforcing ribs. the horizontal and vertical force of the balance board, nine-foot distribution can meet the forklift's four-way insertion capacity. it is a flat four-way single-sided pallet.
characteristics :
- fumigation: pallet is made from wood chips under high temperature and pressure, it is not fumigated according to ispm15 standard
- water resistant: eco-friendly and high quality glue is used in the production process, making the pallet stable and waterproof
- one-step molding: it is a one-step mold, the surface is smooth and there is no nail.
- light weight and durable: the 4-way compressed wood pallet is only about 18kg but the load capacity is 6 tons. and it is recyclable.
- interlockable: there are 9 cubic feet per pallet and make it interlockable, it can save storage space and load more than the quantity in the container.
- no nails and screws: all surfaces of the pallet are smooth, no need to worry it will break the packing bags
