The vibro shifter is designed on the principle of gyratory motion. The material is fed on to the centre of the screen and then travels on a spiral path to the periphery whilst the fine particles fall through. The material being screened is therefore drawn apart automatically and no additional force us exerted to separate coarser particles. The sieving is done gently and with little abrasion. The external vibrator is a three phase asynchronous motor which has eccentric weights mounted at the end of the rotor shafter. The rotating shaft causes centrifugal forces which can be adjusted by moving the weights. The motor is special designed with high stability m. S.
