WebFlex Machines manufacturesPharma foil printing Machinewhich is used for printing on Labels, Aluminum foil, Polyester, BOPP, Paper, PVC, Laminated Foil, etc. The composition of Machine is of Unwind Trolley Unit with Web Aligners, Printing Stations (1 to 8 colours), Rewinding units, Rubber Roll Impressions system operated pneumatically. We have installed motors, which has been helpful in registration of colors during printing. There are blowers and heaters for each printing stations, ink circulation pumps to carry out smooth printing operation till the final output is delivered. We provide tension control clutch, brake system and to ensure good quality printing we have web video inspection which helps to keep check on printing output. The Optional Split Unit System helps to carry out two different printing jobs at the same time.
