starpan is low cost high performance fire resistant calcium silicate board manufactured withselective fibers to resist against fire when it used as core / infill board in the wooden fireresistant doors.
with starpan board you can achieve:
fire door with 120 minutes fire rating : 2 layers of 9 mm thick boards
fire door with 60 minutes fire rating : 1 layer of 9 mm or 2 layers of 6 mm boards
starpan is tested in cbri lab fire according to bs 476. Its system, 89cm width wooden
frame, rockwool and 9 mm starpan on each side, passed 120 minutes fire rated time.
also starpan is tested in exova warrington fire according to bs 476. Its system, 89cm widthwooden frame, rockwool and 12mm starpan on each side, passed 120 minutes fire ratedtime.
the board can be left plain or easily finished by paints, wallpaper ect. It can be used in bothnew and old buildings.

INTUR: Rigid Intumescent Fire Seal Strips
Rigid types of Intumescent fire seals are most suitable for sever application where regular door maintenance is not possible. The PVC covering to the graphite intumescent seal protects from wearing out due to any mechanical damage to the seals.
At wedge we produce and supply different versions including fire only, fire & smoke, fire & acoustic, and fire & weather proof seals of Rigid Fire Seals depending on the end user requirements.
In the event of a fire the INTUR intumescent graphite seal expands multiple times its original volume and seals the gap around the door edges and joints to provide fire barrier and stop the passage of fire, smoke and hot gases. Surface Mounted Acoustic & Smoke Door Bottom Seals or Rebate Fit Acoustic & Smoke Door Bottom Seals are most suitable for the door bottom sealing. All fire and smoke seals are supplied with a self-adhesive backing tape as standard to facilitate quick and easy fitting. All the seals are Tested for 30 minutes, 60 Minutes, and 120 Minutes to BS 476 part 22 & 31.1. Smoke seals tested to EN1634-3 to 100, 000 open/close cycles.

wedge fire sleeve is heat & fire resistant and ideal for protecting against high under bonnet temperatures which makes it perfect for use on hoses, wiring, oil and fuel lines. The wedge fire sleeve is made from high temperature resistant woven insulated e-glass fibre sleeve coated with fire retardant silicon rubber coating. The sleeve can have heat resistant upto 1650c for short time and can resist 560c of direct continuous heat which makes it perfect for insulating wires, oil and fuel lines from under bonnet heat.
