Weldor offers wide range of cut to length line for various materials which useful to cut sheet of required size from the coil. The coil width will be from 100 mm to 2000 mm and thickness varies from 0.1 mm to 20 mm. The coil weight handled from 100 kgs. To 25 tons with line speed from 5 mtr.minute to 90 mtr. minute.

Weldor offers roll forming line keeping in mind the present and future demand of customer. The line is designed to minimize and tool changing time. By this four or more profiles are possible to produce on single line.

Different operations like decoiling, levelling, cutting, punching, folding etc. Are available to finish the profile. Also plc cnc automation of line is offered.

The roll forming line has advantage like :
Fast production due to speed of 10 to 50 mtrs.minute at least for 10 to 15 times higher production.

We are offering cnc hydraulic turret punch press,
bridge frame construction : the welpro is consist of bridge frame construction. This design eliminates side thrust when punching with an off center load. Its also minimize frame deflection and eliminates tooling misalignment hence increase tool and machine life.

hydraulic punching: high speed punching with a hydraulic system that dramatically increases ram speed and eliminates unnecessary ram motion. Valve coupled with 2-pressure 2-flow control, the use of the valve has made a fast high-low pressure change possible within one stroke, lengthening oil life and greatly saving power cnsumption as a result.

single track thick turret : in this turret h type long tools are fixed with four different size i.e. A, b, c, d as per given chart.

auto repositioning: precise repositions can be achieved by nc controlled work clamp repositions. The sheet holder holds the sheet while the clamps ensures processing accuracy.

floating sheet clamps: floating sheet clamps are pneumatically operated, which is designed to minimise the material distortion, when punching near the clamp.

FRAME : Rigid steel frame of Weldor Shears are optimally designed to avoid weak sections at load supports and is of interlocked design. The ram is guided throughout its length by accurate machined guideways ensuring proper clearance and clean cut.

HOLD - DOWN SYSTEM : Spring loaded mechanical Hold down pads hold the sheet securely, to avoid slipping and bowing resulting in clean square cuts. Holddown units are provided with oversize pads to avoid impressions on sheet metal on request.

BLADES : Weldor Shears are provided with high quality single segment (HcHcr) Blades for longer tool life. Ease in assembling of knife reduces down - time. The shear blades are four edged.

LUBRICATION : All bearing parts and guide surfaces are lubricated through hand-operated lubrication system.

MECHANICAL BACKGAUGE : This is a standard equipment provided on all Weldor shears. Scale on the backgauge gives instantaneous reading of distance between shear and back gauge. Thus avoiding errors and maintenance encountered in electronic equipment.

FINGER GUARD : fitted in front of hold - down for operator protection without obstructing viewing.

RAKE ANGLE (VARIABLE): Rake angle selector switch is provided in control panel to vary the rake angle. It permits to shear higher thickness than its capacity. Thin sheet can be cut wo distortion.

ROLLER GUIDES: The upper beam is guided by three point roller guides. A replaceable hardened Liner is provided for minimum wear. It eliminates lubrication of guides.

HYDR. POWER PACK: Hydraulic system is mounted at top at rear side of machine. Hydraulic components are of internationally reputed make like Vickers, Dowty, Rexroth etc. Valves are mounted on a compact manifold block minimizing piping and chances of leakages. For oil cooling sufficient size of oil reservoir is provided.

3. Hold - Down System: Hydraulic Hold down pads are actuated by cam operated pump. Hydraulic hold down pads hold the sheet securely to avoid slipping and bowing resulting in clean square cut. Hold down units are provided with oversize pads to avoid impressions on sheet metal on request.

Weldor press brakes are designed and developed through years of experience in sheet metal working machines. Weldor press brakes are widely accepted in industries for continuous production runs and in areas requiring accuracy and repeatability coupled with high production.

1. Frame: frame is of robust steel construction of rigid and interlocked design. It is stain-free and supports the ram and bed against undesired deflection under permissible load condition.

2. Ram and bed: made from steel plates of suitable thickness. Machined for straightness and parallelism of the working surface. Ram is guided and supported throughout the stroke by accurately machined guideways.

3. Drive system: power is transmitted to the ram through two individual gear drives for uniform load distribution throughout the length. This also reduces the torsional stresses on the eccentric shaft. The gear and pinion are made out of carbonalloy steel.

4. Ram adjustment: motorized ram adjustment through a simple drive mechanism, facilitates quick bending angle adjustment. Angular ram adjustment is made simple by incorporating a spring loaded dog clutch.

5. Clutch and brake: all series of press brakes are provided with high-torque low-inertia friction clutch, synchronized with heavy duty mechanical brake ensuring immediate braking of ram on releasing the pedal. Clutch operating levers are designed in such a way that minimum, engaging force is required at the pedal.

Wear on Clutch & Brake is automatically compensated & no adjustment is necessary. Surge Tank, filter, Regulator, Air Lubrication Unit, Pressure Switch etc. are incorporated. Pneumatic Counter Balancer are provided to Counter the Weight of Slide & tooling which help in taking up the Bearing clearances and ease Slide adjustment.
