Dr. Wall care ready mix plaster is ready to use by just mixing water at site. Hence it gives consistent quality with required sand mesh sizes in exact proportion which is most important for compactness of plaster. Further to have desired workability, less rebounding losses, required slump properties and overall durability, polymers are added in plaster. Plaster is cement based mortar for external as well as internal plaster which ensures quality consistency. It is a mixture of graded insert fillers, additives and binder, has excellent impermeability characteristics, increases plastic life of mortar and reduces drying shrinkage cracks. It is free from corrosion inducing substances and can used with plastering machines what is plastering ? plastering is the process of covering rough surface of wall, column, ceiling and other parts of the building with thin coat of mortars to form a smooth, hard and durable surface capable of protecting external surface against penetration of rain water and other atmospheric vagaries. A good plaster needs to have strong adhesion on wall and ceiling with excellent water resistant, crack free and work ability properties that will protect the interior, provide flat base for painting, minimize the inconvenience of maintenance and speed up the construction. Therefore, in many ways, plastering is as critical as structural members, brickwork, flooring, etc.

Dr. Wall care tile adhesives can be used for fixing all types of tiles and stone over various substrates. These products are ready-to-mix, self-curing, and with excellent adhesion properties. Their superior bond strength prevents shrinkage cracks and slippage of tiles. product description dr. Wall care is a polymer modified cementitious tile adhesive used for fixing ceramic tiles, vitrified tiles and stone of regular size on wall and floor with regular traffic. It is applicable for both interior and exterior conditions. Key features it is a ready to mix; a single component product, just add water in the specified proportion and apply. It has excellent adhesion properties, no slip is observed on vertical applications. Shrinkage cracks are minimizedeliminated due to its self curing properties. Larger quantity of material can be mixed at a time due to its longer pot life. The tiled floor can be made available for foot traffic after 24 hours. It provides good water as well as heat resistance for external applications. Recommendation it is recommended for application on cementitious substrates, self leveling screeds and fibre cement boards. Note - for application on any other substrate please contact dr. Wall care personnel for technical assistance direction for use clean the substrate of oil stains and bond inhibiting compounds. Also remove dirt, dust and laitance, if any, using high pressure water jet or any other suitable method. Ensure that the substrate is flat, stable, well adhered and has a normal absorption. Concrete screeds, renders and block work should be cured sufficiently to avoid the shrinkage cracks. Correct the local undulationdamage on the substrate at least 48 hours before the application of dr. Wall care tile adhesive. Saturate the surface well and remove excess water before application of the tile adhesive.

Cementitious grouts are blend of portland cement, graded aggregates, fortifiers and color-fast pigments. Suitable for interior and exterior applications. Cementitious grouts are used for porous & absorbent type tile, non-vitreous clay tiles, marble and glazed wall tiles. application dr. Wall care tile grouts are used for porous & absorbent type tile, non-vitreous clay tiles, marble and glazed wall tiles. Ensure that joints are dry, clean or free of contaminants. Dr. Wall care color grout with clean water as per the recommended mix ratio. Just add 28-30% water. Ensure pigments are thoroughly dispersed during mixing. Apply grout into using a grout floatrubber squeegee. Apply a small areas at time clean excess or residue grout promptly using a damp cloth or sponge before it dries out. When grout is sufficient firm, polish tile surface with a clean dry cloth to remove grout filmhaze. Allow grout to set 24-28 hours. The paste should be kept away from direct sunlight, heat and used within 2 hours of preparation (after mixing with water). Features & benefits weather resistant and easy maintenance. Dr. Wall care waterproofing solution surfaces is a cement based, single component, polymer modified, flexible, elastomeric waterproof coating for concrete and masonry surfaces. Seal & coating is available as a dry powder, and is to be mixed with water before use. It is grey in color and easily applied by brush or sprayed by spray machines. application all type of exterior masonry surfaces, concrete, cement sand renderings etc. Terrace water proofing, sloping roofs and chajjas, swimming pools, toilets & bathrooms, basements, tunnels and dams etc. All new cement-sand concrete surfaces should be allowed to age 6 to 8 weak before surface coating. Surface for treatment must be thoroughly cleaned of all laitance, loose material, oil, grease, etc. By mechanical means such as wire brushing & shot blasting. Finally vacuum cleaning of all loose soiled and liquids can be done, if required. All surface cracks up to 5mm width should be filled up with crack seal. Apply two neat coats of waterproofing 1mm. Dr. Wall care seal & coating can be applied to the surface manually by brush. After application of 1st coat, allow a gap of minimum 2hours, before the subsequent coat and it must be applied in perpendicular direction to the first coat. Dr. Wall care seal & coating can be applied by spray machine also. For large areas use of spray machine is recommended for better speed and economy. Care should be taken to avoid application under direct sunlight. The appropriate application time for the product is either early morning or late evening. The coverage of the product depends upon the surface condition, it roughness and absorption. In normal condition, the coverage of seal & coating 10-12 sqft.kg for two coat. This can also be used for leveling of small undulations of substrate surface. Here's how to use:- Use Dr. Wall Care Wall Putty on plastered surface before painting. If there are major undulations use Dr. Wall Care Wall Putty to level the surface. Usually, a 6-10 mm coat of this product will remove the undulations. This is done in steps of 3 mm using putty blade. Apply two coats (Max 1.5 mm total thickness for both the coats) of Dr. Wall Care Wall Putty on the coarse putty substrate to make the surface smooth and provide a protective undercoat for expensive paints. It also brings out the true tone of any shadecolor of paint (especially pastel shades). No wastage during use against conventional wall putty.
