Silicone braided hose is thick tubing in which a polyester or Nylon multifilament yarn braiding is sandwiched between two silicone layers to give reinforcements. These hoses can withstand high pressure due to reinforcements. Due to the rigidity of the structure, certain silicone steel coiled hoses are extremelyefficient in preventing wall collapse during vacuum pressure. These food grade silicone hoses are extensively used in Pharmaceutical, healthcare, cosmetics, and life science fields because of their transparency, chemical inertness, and rigidity.

Western transparent silicone hose (platinum silicone also available) has a 70 Sh A natural translucent silicone rubber inner hose, a braided polyester or nylon yarn of an 70 Sh A Silicone rubber top coating (natural translucent). Suitable for continuous operation at temperature from 60 to 150 c and for intermittent exposure up to 180 C No harmful toxic or physiological effects.Chemically extremely stable and suitable for use with many acid and alkalis.
