Product Description: This machine is used to detect any welding or air crack leakage in the shoxs or Front Fork outer tube , by high pressure air filling and by immersing in the water.

This m/c is used to do 3pointcaulcking on shoks outer tube for locking pupose & to punch 3 letters(month year & lh) on `i ring. for3 point caulking hydraulic cylinders & piller die set is used & punching of leetrs by pneumatic cylinder.two working stations is there in this m/c.

The minimum order value Rs. 1000000/- , This machine is used to do oil seal pressing & bolt torquing on front fork . This m/c had rotary table. table rotates with the help of serovo motor with high precision planetary gear box torquing is done by electric torquing gun in first station loading & sub assy of front fork to be done manually in second station oil seal pressing & bolt torquing operations will be done with the help of pneumatic, hydraulic cylinders in 3rd station unloding the component by manually.
