Yash steel produces bright bars in sizes of 2.0 mm to 25.00 mm in AISI 300 and 400 series as per the various international standards and customer specifications Cut length of these bars depend upon the diameter of the bar and customers requirement. End face of each bar is colour coded for easy detection of various grades.

Generally type 304 & 316 are suitable grades for stainless steel wire ropes. Yash steel manufactures stainless steel wire for ropes in sizes from 0.15 mm to 0.90 mm, in bright finish and 1.0 mm to 6.0 mm, in matte finish.

Copper bearing austenitic steel 302 HQ, XM7, Normal 304 HC and 430 are generally used for cold heading applications. The stainless steel Wires for cold heading quality are available in sizes from 1.20mm to 25.00mm. The surface finish of the Wires can be provided as per customer's requirement.

Stainless steel Wires are also used for conveyor belts operating at high temperature. Yash steel produces suitable wires, in size range of 1.20 mm to 3.00 mm in bright annealed condition.

The MIG wires are supplied in bright as well as in matte finish and the wire is specially cleaned to avoid weld contamination. Stainless Steel MIG wires can be supplied in plastic spool as well as on metallic baskets. The wires have suitable cast / helix to ensure perfect "Pay-Off.

Yash steel manufactures clean & layer wound wire for submerged arc welding from 1.60 mm (0.062") to 5.00 mm (0.187") in various grades in bright as well as in matte finish. The wires tensile strength, helix and cast diameter is engineered to precise tolerance to ensure perfect "Pay-Off".

Yash steel manufactures high quality stainless steel cold heading Wires from 1.00 - 25.00 mm with soap drawn skin pass uniform coating as well as from 1.00 - 10.00 mm in annealed condition in various grades. The cold heading Wires are manufactures as per ASTMA 493 & JIS G 4315 standard as well as other equivalent international standards. The Wires are free from surface imperfections like seam / crack and Wire drawing defects such as scratches, die marks, heavy pitting, etc. The selection of grade depends on the final application and type of products to be manufactured. We can also provide technical assistance to customers, in case of any difficulty.
