'Y-96' is a room temperature curing adhesive with syrupy consistancy & contains non inflammable solvents. It can be used in manufacturing of paper covered conductors & construction of oil filled Power & distribution transformers. Insulation adhesive is also suggested for gluing cotton tape, hard boards, laminated wood & similar fibrous materials. Fully cured bond of insulation Gum Y-96 is resistent to transformer oil & chlorinated diphenyl & forms consistent film.
