| Coriander Seeds Coriander seeds are double spherical with a yellowish-brown surface. The ripe fruit is firm and aromatic, with a mild aroma and a mixture of sage and lemon. When the seeds turn brown, they can be harvested, threshed and sun-dried to extract fragrant substances. The slightly spicy flavor is native to the Mediterranean coast.
