When the atmospheric pressure is under 1 Bar, the boiling point of water is less 100. When the atmospheric pressure is 0.7 Bar, the boiling point of water is 90. When the atmospheric pressure is 0.3 Bar, the boiling point of water is 70. When the atmospheric pressure is 0.1 Bar, the boiling point of water is 40. Working principle of vacuum hot water boiler is by using water boiling at low temperature to produce steam under low pressure, and heat transfer way of steam condensate to water to produce heat. The inner of ZWNS series vacuum horizontal oil & gas fired hot water boiler is airtight, and will form a vacuum chamber after vacuum pumping, burning to make the heating medium water boiling in vacuum chamber and then produce negative steam, the steam congeal out of heat exchanger pipes, heat the cold water and warming in pipes, pass them to users, water vapor condensed into water drops and flow back to the heating medium water, reheating and vaporization, so complete the whole cycle.
