Do not refrigerate the mangoes unless fully ripe

•     Mangoes are packed semi ripe to withstand transport time.
•     Fruit will naturally mature to full sweetness and aroma .
•     Kindly open the and lay the mangoes on the floor on the hay that comes with the packing.
•     Cover the Mangoes with Hay to maintain the warmth
•     Dip the Ripe Mango in water for 20 Mins before eating. Can choose to refrigerate for some time to enjoy the mango

About Alphonso Mango
Afonso de Albuquerque, Duke of Goa, asked his horticulturist to graft the Tropical Fruit called mango to create a different speices which was named after him as Alphonso Mango which was mis pronounced as “Haphonso” and later “Hapoos”. Cultivation of Alphonso Mango is carried out in the entire Konkan belt. Ratnagiri and Sindhudurg ( devgad ) districts are majorly famous for rich quality Alphonso Mangoes.Product of Our Own Amrai ( Mango Orchards )
Harvested from our own orchards, we ensure that only the fresh, nutrient rich,   delicious mangoes reach you. These mangoes are ripened naturally in layers of penda (rice hay) in the old tradition, process like calcium carbide, ethylene or any other chemical is NOT used to ripen the mangoes.
We focus on quality of the product using age old methods, rather than simply attractive looks.
As a nature of fruits couple of them might go bad.
