Zeonics Systech has been regularly involved in manufacturing a wide variety of Power rating of Shock Wave Generators from 25 Joules to 3K Joules Models. These can fire at slow repetition rate of around 30PPM. These are essentially used for Medical applications like Lithotripsy, Eye Surgery (Retina Welding) as well as certain Defence application like Explosive Wire Techniques, studying slapper Detonators, Compact Generators for Missile Stage Separation as well as Satellite Solar Panel Explosive Bolt Triggering.
These Generators basically contains a High Voltage D.C. Power Supply, which charges a D.C. Capacitor and this capacitor discharges through the correct Spark Gap with its associated Breakdown system to make the complete system self sufficient. These systems can transfer a wide range of voltage from 5KVDC to 80KVDC and energy from 25 Joules to 3 Kilo Joules. These are also used for triggering the compressed Generators, and Layer Capacitor Banks which are in the Mega Joules capacity . The complete Generator is designed in a Low Inductance Geometry to take advantage of the shape and hence derive maximum Peak Current from the source. Due to the continuous Inhouse requirement of large Quantity of Isolation Transformers. We decided to manufacture these Transformers inhouse 6 years back and so far have never looked back. We have been manufacturing several type of Transformers with CRGO / CRNO Cores, Torroid Cores, E & I Cores and other associated Transformer hardwares. We specialize in Moulded Transformers with very High Voltage Insulation Systems.

Zeonics SystechSpecializes in High Voltage Pulse Transformer and wide varieties are available from our standard stocks. Our smallest Transformer is ZETT-10 with 10KV Output and the Largest is ZETT-300 with 300KV Output. All the Outputs are measured on a standard Needle Point fixture @ 250 C and are Calibrated before dispatch. All the Transformers are ferrite Core based unless otherwise specified. DESCRIPTION:
Zeonics Systech Trigger Module is a compact versatile laboratory instrument designed to provide a high voltage trigger pulse of fast risetime. The ZET SERIES provides a trigger pulse of 20kv to 100kv (depending on model) that can be utilized for initiating commutation in triggered Spark Gaps, xenon flashtubes, or to provide an ignition type pulse for fast triggering. In triggering these devices, the fast rising pulse of the ZET SERIES results in minimum delay time and jitter.
The ZET SERIES is an integrated package consisting of a line voltage to d-c power supply, a primary triggering circuit, and a pulse output transformer. The output is provided through high voltage bushings at the rear of the cabinet or through separate transformer. The bushings provide limited d-c Isolation between the pulse output and ground of the cabinet.
The Trigger Module can be operated by push button control from the front panel, or by a low impedance pulse generator connected through the front panel oscillator input jack. A voltage control provides variable output from low to high depending on the model.
APPLICATIONS:
The case of the instrument securely must be grounded. DC voltage greater than are not to be applied to the trigger module unless output terminals are protected by high voltage capacitors.
Due to the continous involvement in Research and Development by Zeonics Systech in the field of Aerospace Engineering and also in the field of Airborne Components. We have developed and manufactured High Speed Slip Rings which are capable of operating at Speeds of 18, 000 rpm and a maximum Voltage of 100Volts D.C. and current of 5Amperes. These Slip Rings are cooled by Nitrogen at around 10PSI. Please find herewith our standard Slip Ring Chart.The Slip Rings are very useful for sending electrical current from a stationery object to a rotating object through its shaft and as a Result the Slip Ring becomes a Nodal Component for all High Speed joints to pass electrical Voltage and Current in different equipment. The Typical shaft Diameter is 10mm and shaft length of 30mm Flexible coupling can be supplied as an optional accessory.
Many of our Slip rings are used for Ground based Aircraft Testing requirements and also for specialised armaments requirements

All the above Pressure Gaps perform very well in their own condition and requirements. Most of the Gaps manufactured are totally produced at our Lab In House and Gas filling is done using special proprietary techniques. A wide variety of Gases are used in manufacturing these Spark Gaps. We use Nitrogen, Argon, Tritium, compressed Freon as well as processed Mafron Most of our Spark Gaps are used for several Important applications where high voltage fast switching is necessary, Typically 3KVDC to 120KVDC Spark Gaps are designed and manufactured by us . High Voltage Ignition Systems are essentially used in applications like Gasturbine engine starting or burning of Lateral fuel in Gasturbines or application where, a burst of energy is required for certain experimentation the Unit consists of a High Voltage SMPS source which generates the D.C Voltage typically around 6KVDC, 10KVDC and 12KVDC. These models generate energy in the level of 10 to 25 Joules and the High Voltage produced by these units charges a Capacitor which is coupled to a suitable peaking Spark Gap and this Spark Gap gives a high Impedence, coupling the Load, so invariably of the load Impedence, the Spark Gap will transfer the energy to the load for a Load Impedence as Low as 1Mega Ohms at 12KVDC. Sufficient energy can be transferred to the Load without much effort from the Unit. These Units are moulded and very suitable for applications where the energy has to be transferred to dirty Loads which are normally submerged into dirty environments like Oil, grit, grease etc

Zeonics Systech has been manufacturing H.V. Power Supplies ever since its inception 20 years back and have specialised in H.V. Power Supplies of several types. We have manufactured Power Supplies up to 1000KVDC and please find herewith our standard Models as followsAll the above mentioned power supplies have several built in features like overload protection, short circuit protection, Over load trip, Kilovolt metering on a Digital Panel Meter and also current monitoring. All the power supplies are calibrated using standard K.V. Meters and their accuracy is +/- 2%. Power Supplies apart from the Models on top are also available. Please send us your details.
Zeonics Systech strictly designs PFNs as per customer specifications. We prefer our customers to specify the Capacitance and Inductance Value of the PFN and stages to enable us to design and manufacture the same. We also manufacture Delay Lines as a completely wound Non Inductive Coaxial type delay lines which is duly moulded for sufficient Voltage application. The typical Voltages for Pulse forming Networks and Delay Lines are in the region of 10KV to 100KV. Standard delay lines are supplied in castor oil immersed tanks, with all the Capacitors as well as Inductors immersed in oil and connected accordingly. We also supply Pulse Forming line Capacitors in the 20nano henry Category for large Voltages of upto 100K.V.D.C.
