Traditionally in Meghalaya wintergreen has been used as a healing herb for joint and muscle discomfort, headaches and body ache. Using this as a part of your healing routine will help you relief off from these ailments.

How to use : Use 1/3 tsp of the powder with 250ml hot water. Steep for 5 minutes and serve as tea. You can also add it to your regular red tea. Or add to flavor while you bake cookies and cakes. Wintergreen powder can also be sued to make soaps and bath bombs. You can also use it as a facial steam and for aromatherapy.

Preparing wintergreen tea :

• Take a 250ml cup. Add 1/3 tsp of wintergreen tea powder
• Allow it to steep for 5 to 10 minutes
• Use a sieve and remove all the powder
• Serve it warm

Note : Strength of tea depends on how long you steep. Do not consume the wintergreen powder directly.
