in 1996, bjs entered, in the field of manufacturing plastic processing machinery equipments like twin screw extruders, automatic slotting machines, scrap grinders, down stream and critical spares like twin screw barrels in both conical & parallel technology for making upvc pipe / profile / sheet, match able to any oem like battenfield, cincinnati, windsor, krauss maffaie etc, any size, any type, economically priced, with internationally acceptable quality standards. Some of our machines carry ce certification, also.
in short span of time, bjs become specialists and exporter of twin screw extrusion plant machinery and spares & started direct marketing since 2004, in both local and international market, based on qvs (quality, value & services). Ours, more than 50% sales go overseas with repetition of orders. Bjs’s most modern manufacturing technology makes it possible to export most critical (heart of extruder) conical twin screw barrel sets cmt-80, cm-55, cmt-68 & cmt-35, all for cincinnati make extruders, plc based extruders, plc based automatic slotting machines, threading machines having main spindle bore up to 630 mm, etc etc
