All the 3d printers in digifabb dlp series are equipped with uv leds which are known to have longer life and maintenance free operation in comparison to lamp based dlp 3d printers. we are known for our after sales service which has to shortest lead time in the industry. We resolve more than 90% issues on the same business day.
Our highly experienced technical staff is available on phone call for technical support 24 x 7 and can resolve any minor issues instantly by guiding the users through appropriate troubleshooting steps.
We have the on-site training facility available and can train our client’s staff in pre-processing, machine operation and post-processing. We also have training videos available for our clients so that they can train any new machine staff further with ease
we supply all the consumable i.e 3d printing photopolymer resin and resin tank/tray/vat required for the operation of 3d printer. We have 3d printing resin for mold making and direct casting purpose.
Software provided with our machines are intuitive and easy to use. Our controller software has one click 3d printing and makes it as easy as 2d printing. Our pre-processing software has many tools to reduce the time spent in adding supports by automating many repetitive tasks and by providing tools for mirroring and patterning supports. Our pre-processing software pre-processes slices to make the edges smooth by applying a special anti-aliasing algorithm which is specifically designed for 3d printing.
We just do not manufacture and sell 3d printers, we provide complete 3d printing eco-system making the transition from tradition manufacturing to digital manufacturing easier and smooth for our clients.
