We are offering malleable ductile iron castings. The company was set up in the year 1959 and started production in 1961. Since then it has been manufacturing graded , malleable & ductile iron castings weighing 20 grams to 100 kgs. We have a mechanized foundry with a battery of induction furnaces supported by development , processing & quality control department. The foundry is supported by well equipped pattern shop, fettling & grinding shop, heat treatment shop having bell & pit cycle annealing furnaces, machine shop, physical, chemical & metallorgaphic testing facilities and spectrometer for chemical analysis.
The company has been awarded iso 9001-2008 and iso ts 16949 – 2009,certificates by bsi management systems india pvt. Ltd and also environmental management system iso 14001 certification from qsi,. Which conforms our commitment to quality
we got specialization in manufacturing insulator caps, 120 knr, 160 knr & 70 knr.
Also we are manufacturing automobile castings, railway ohe fittings etc.
