A three Roll Groove Turning Machine was offered as an import substitute to an eminent client for their PQF Mill. The Machine was designed to suit the specific need of roll turning in the stands used in the mill while in place. The accuracies and automation offered is at par in excellence. Special Programs were developed to meet the requirement of the customer for this specific job to be machined in situ.
A fully automatic cold saw cutting machine for the pipe industries was also supplied to enhance the productivity and suffice special requirement for our client.
A world class 12 Axes fully automatic CNC Machine was supplied to grind tool inserts for tool manufacturing company. Programs were developed to meet the requirement of the customer, to grind all sides of the insert with specific accuracy and production demands.
A Special machine was developed to do all operations on a yoke for steering wheels. The machine delivers achieving all the nine operations on the yoke at one time which is a unique technology introduced in the requirement of high production and repeatability. Some of the other such special applications were designed to enhance productivity for automobile parts.
