Core Laying Machine
The machine is used to form a multi conductor cable core by twisting 2, 3 or 4 insulated round or sector shaped conductor with filters. The machine is heavy duty , robust to accept insulated conductors upto 400 sq. mm, 1.1 kV to 33 kV range laid up diameter up to maximum of 100 mm. The machine consists of 1+3 core laying up Cage, Triple die block, 2 nos PVCPolyester Taping Heads, Caterpillar, Take Up stand with fully automatic traversing system, suitable main drive and control panel, are provided.

Drum Twister Machine

Drum Twister Machine
The Drum Twister machine is designed for Laying up of Power cables round, sectorial, preformed or straight. Telephone cables in groups with out limit to the number. The machine consist of 4 Rotating Pay Offs, trumpets for core guiding, sector sensing unit, rotating die holder, taping units, filler bobbin pay-offs flange diameter 630 DIN 46395 with shoe type brake, rotating caterpillar and a rotating take up. Reel Sizes upto 4000 mm flange , both on pay off and take up can be designed, with a maximum weight of 10-15 tons. Reel loading by hydraulic lift platform mechanical.
