The machine is used to form a multi conductor cable core by twisting 2, 3 or 4 insulated round or sector shaped conductor with filters. The machine is heavy duty , robust to accept insulated conductors upto 400 sq. mm, 1.1 kV to 33 kV range laid –up diameter up to maximum of 100 mm. The machine consists of 1+3 core laying up Cage, Triple die block, 2 nos PVCPolyester Taping Heads, Caterpillar, Take Up stand with fully automatic traversing system, suitable main drive and control panel, are provided.
