We offer highly concentrated textile lubricants in gel form, specifically designed for use with denim and cotton. This product can be diluted 1:100 with cold water and is soluble without the need for stirring. It functions as a nonionic crease prevention agent and dyebath lubricant for woven and knitted goods made from all types of natural and synthetic fibers, as well as their blends. It is suitable for use in pretreatment, dyebath, and after-treatment processes.

Application Properties:

Application :- It is suitable for application in:-   Resin Bath ( Pad Method) Resin Bath (Exhaust Method) BELAXO K – WE : 20 – 25 gpl   Adjust pH 5 – 5.5 and Pad – Dry and cure at 170ºC – 180ºC for 30 seconds. BELAXO K – WE : 2.0 – 3.0 % o.w.f At 40ºC – 60ºC for 20 – 30, pH 5 – 5.5 in the final rinse bath followed with cure.
