Brush rollers or roller brushes as they are also known, are used for brushing machines and for cloth finishing operations. Normally brush Roll is made after doing ebonite coating on MS Roll to avoid resting on steel surface. Different type of Bristles were available as per specific requirements like Nylon Bristel, Pig Hair Bristel, Abressive Brisel, Maxican Fiber Bristel for different applications which include brushing and cleaning of blankets. Scroll rolls are wrinkle or curling removal rolls from web materials. It is widely used in textile processing, coating, and various type of roll converting machinery. It can be made from different materials like Ebonite, M.S, stainless steel, aluminum. For cloth processing machines ebonite or S.S. scroll rolls are used. These grooves "stretch" the web from the inside toward the edges, eliminating lengthwise wrinkles. Left Hand - Right Hand Grooving is applied to get maximum result.
