Scroll Roll

Scroll rolls are wrinkle or curling removal rolls from web materials. It is widely used in textile processing, coating, and various type of roll converting machinery. It can be made from different materials like Ebonite, M.S, stainless steel, aluminum. For cloth processing machines ebonite or S.S. scroll rolls are used. These grooves "stretch" the web from the inside toward the edges, eliminating lengthwise wrinkles. Left Hand - Right Hand Grooving is applied to get maximum result.
