We guarantee our tube bundles will perform as well as or better than your original bundles. Our tube bundles are dimensionally interchangeable, cost-effective, and reliable.Tube bundles are pressure tested at 225 psi. each tube is independently reviewed for structural soundness as well as the tube sheet joint for each tube.
Tubes can be plain, low-finned (internal and/or external) or high-finned (integral or applied fin) with many methods for tubeside/shellside enhancement available.
Tube to tubeplate/tubesheet jointing methods include roller-expansion (with or without expansion grooves) and/or welding in addition to secondary seals such as grommets, o-rings, hydroscopic and compression seals.
