Working Of Automatic Liquid Filling Machine

• It works on volumetric principle where bottles or jars are loaded on moving conveyer that are filled by diving nozzles and stopped by a set of twin pneumatically operated stopper that precisely match the bottle or jar to be filled to avoid spillage of liquid.
• The main drive and conveyor drive consist of A/C motor with synchronized variable frequency drive.
• Further to minimize foaming and spillage of liquid, the nozzle will slowly go upwards filling from the bottom level towards the neck for precise filling.
