These units are extensively used in hospitals and biotechnology laboratories. A vertical autoclave is manufactured in three different designs Economy model, Deluxe Model and Triple Walled. The difference between these models explained below:

Economy Model: In this economy vertical autoclave external surface is made of painted mild steel sheet and inner chamber is made of stainless steel. The lid is made of painted MS but inner part is made of stainless steel sheet. Pressure is controlled through automatic pressure switch.

Deluxe model: In Deluxe vertical autoclave, both inner chamber and external chamber are made of stainless steel and lid is also made of stainless steel. Radial locking system, ring and stand are made of chrome plate MS.

A double door autoclave basically a pass through type in which material is placed from one side and taken out from other side. These units are made completely with stainless steel 304 or 316 as required. A high pressure sterilization tank is built and doors or lids are fitted at both the ends. Lid is closed by radial locking system which is also protected with pressure safety device so that lid cannot be opened if there is little pressure inside the chamber. Sterilization chamber and boiler is mounted on sturdy stand which is also made of stainless steel.

It is equipped with digital temperature controller cum timer controller. User can set temperature range and sterilization time with help of this controller. It offers precise accuracy and control throughout cycle. Pressure is controlled through Denfoss make automatic pressure switch. All piping and connections are made of stainless steel. Welding joints are done with argon gas welding with good finishing.

It consists of a stainless steel cylinder with an insulated cover, mounted on a sturdy supporting frame, enclosed in a heat insulated metal housing. The attached control until encloses a sensitivity pressure regulator and pressure gauge, power switches and pilot lamps for controlling the electric heating units.Supplied complete with Test Bar Holder, Special Rack to hold specimens above water level in the autoclave and in a vertical position to expose them in the same manner.Auto clave for soundness test designed for the performance of expansion test of cement it consists of cylindrical vessel in special steel, that can receive rack holding 10 specimens of 25 x 25 x 250mm.This vessel is thermally isolated and coated with a sheet protection. Heating is achieved through two special resistance.The control panels comprises of a pressure gauge with regulator incorporated thermostat and startstop controls, button for temperate setting the auto clave is fitted with safety .
