Just like convection ovens, a hybridization oven is used for molecular assays in microbiology labs, research labs and other laboratories where DNA or protein identification are done. Our hybridization ovens are ruggedly designed for long years of worry-free operation. Each unit is equipped with a rotisserie that can help 50 ml tubes. The inner chamber is made of corrosion resistant stainless steel 304 while external chamber is made of powder coated MS sheet. High grade glass wool insulation is used to fill gap between two walls. All joints are nicely welded. Door is also insulated and has a glass window.
Our hybridization oven is equipped with a microprocessor based PID temperature controller, air circulating fan and a rotisserie. Each unit is compact in design and performs quiet and smooth operation.

These ovens are used with inner chamber filled with carbon or nitrogen gas for anaerobic heat treatment in laboratory. These ovens are made ruggedly for long years of worry free operation and equipped with easy to use control system. Each anaerobic inert oven is made with stainless steel chamber which can be hermetically sealed. Inner stainless steel chamber walls are nicely welded with argon gas to avoid any gas leakage.
The normal operating range of this oven is 50C to 200C. Standard anaerobic inert ovens are equipped with flow meter and pressure gauges. A large LED display is used for temperature reading. These units also feature excellent safety features such as protection from over temperature and circuit breaker. Each unit comes with 2 shelves that can withstand weight 15 kg approximately.
There are some optional accessories that we provide such as oxygen concentration indicator and regulator. This device features highly accuracy regulator of oxygen level from 0.5% to 21% using nitrogen gas.

Our oil bath is made as double walled units with high grade glass wool insulation. Inner tank is made of polished sheet of stainless steel and outer body is made of powder coated MS.
The temperature range of this water bath is 50C to 250C and it is controlled by microprocessor based PID controller for greater accuracy and reliability. Standard machine is supplied with digital controller, pilot lamps and power cord. There are some optional features that can also be added such as stirrer, over temperature alarm, digital timer and all stainless steel construction. Our laboratory oil bath units are economical in price and offer long years of worry-free operation without need of service and repair.
