Round Studs have high tensile strength and can sustain more bulky loads as compared to other studs.
These studs & Washers are manufactured in SS 304, SS 310, SS 316 and as per customers requirement.
We manufacture H-Type Anchors used in Lining in Industrial Furnace. We use good quality raw materials supplied to us from our reliable vendors. These H-Type anchors are easy to install.
The Locking mechanism of these H-type anchors is very simple and it supports insulation of any depth on inner side of furnace.
These H-Type Anchors are made in different qualities of SS 304, SS 310, SS 316 etc and are easy to replace while under maintenance. These H-Type Anchor are available in different sizes as per customers requirement.
We manufacture SS Stud Anchor & Washer for Ceramic Fiber Holding in Industrial Furnaces. These Ceramic Fiber and SS Stud Lining method is used now a days in place of conventional Ceramic Brick Lining method. These studs are easy to install, less bulky and extremely light in weight as compared to Ceramic Bricks. SS Stud Anchor and washer can be used for any depth of Insulation. Washers are used for locking the anchor.
These Studs are manufactured in Qualities : SS 304, SS310, SS 316, Inconnel 600 and also as per customers requirement in any other material.
We manufacture these Stud in 3 types :Size 6 x 3 x length as per requirement.Size 8 x 4 x length as per requirementSize 5mm Dia to 8mm Dia x length as per requirement.
We also manufacture Ceramic Cuplock used for locking purpose of SS Stud.
